Meet Our Energetic Founder and Pioneer of SDYEEI

Splendour Onuma is a renowned humanitarian, UN Rescue Ambassador, and advocate for youth and women’s empowerment. With a degree in Business Administration specializing in International Relations, she is dedicated to entrepreneurship, education, and gender advocacy.

As the Founder of Splendid Dreams Youth Empowerment & Entrepreneurship Initiative (SDYEEI), she has led education sponsorships, vocational training, and startup support, impacting thousands of young people and women in Nigeria and Ghana.

Beyond SDYEEI, she consults on education, unemployment, and community development, designing high-impact programs for social and economic progress. A public speaker and mentor, she passionately advocates for youth inclusion, women’s rights, and gender equality.
